As Customer Insights Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our analytics capability, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and performance. You’ll work end-to-end across the analytics lifecycle—partnering with senior stakeholders, building predictive models, and creating compelling visualizations that drive smarter business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver end-to-end analytics: gather requirements, source data, build models, and publish insights.
  • Develop reporting, monitoring, and predictive analytics to optimise product performance.
  • Create impactful data visualisations to communicate trends and recommendations.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance analytics assets aligned with product changes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory standards, and risk appetite.


What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional technical skills: SQL/SAS, Python, Tableau, and data warehousing principles.
  • Degree in business, IT, finance, or related discipline with ongoing professional development.
  • Experience building predictive models and delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and innovate.
  • Minimum 5 years in analytics or operational environments, ideally in financial services.
