Mission

We seek a creative Sr. Content Marketing Specialist to manage our inbound and outbound content strategies, including sustainability communication, brand content, website pages, social media, events, blogs, and influencer marketing. Our goals are to generate awareness and consideration for the brand, generate traffic and social engagement, educate the public around sustainability and antifraud campaigns & expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness;

Your Day to Day

Content Marketing Strategy

  • Manage equity campaigns from briefing to implementation, and results evaluation with the help of external agencies, internal stakeholders, and relevant peers
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Produce (with the help of the creative agency) and distribute engaging content that aligns with business objectives
  • Use analytical tools to improve campaign strategies and tactics
  • Propose and implement new tactics to expand overall reach
  • Have an in-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing and the overall digital environment to create relevant content

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with creative, research, BTL, media, and emailing agencies to produce high-quality content
  • Delegate tasks, ensure efficient project management, and meet deadlines
  • Interlock with web optimization, social media, marketing, PR, internal communications, employer branding, strategy team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure tasks are met

Research

  • Work with the research team and agency to obtain relevant insights for creating briefs and campaigns
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement based on research analysis

Process & Development

  • Manage the content development process from concept and planning through final delivery and evaluation of results
  • Ensure all necessary tasks are approved on time with stakeholders

Content Curation

  • Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience

Budgeting

  • Manage budget-related activities and report on budget spent vs. planned status on a monthly basis
  • Maintain continuous assessment of estimated financial performance compared to objectives

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory) in Marketing, Journalism, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: +5 years in a similar role, ideally in content marketing, marketing, digital or social media.
  • Industry background: Preferably within banking, fintech, retail, e-commerce, or creative agencies managing large-scale digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or other Content Management Software
  • Strategic Thinking- Ability to envision long-term goals, develop comprehensive plans, and align content strategies with business objectives to drive engagement and growth.
  • Analytical Thinking-  Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decisions.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in campaign measurement, reporting, and cost tracking.
  • Communication & Storytelling – Ability to craft compelling narratives, effectively convey messages, and engage audiences through clear, persuasive, and relatable content.
  • Problem-Solving – Proactively identifying issues and recommending data-backed solutions.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability – Working effectively with internal marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Any relevant digital marketing, BTL and data analytics courses or certifications is a plus.
