IAM Solution Specialist

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • experience working with processes and standards related to Identity and Access Management,
  • ability to understand and read policies, processes and standards and apply them in daily work,
  • ability to analyze reported issues, troubleshoot them, identify gaps and propose solutions,
  • experience with providing customer support in IAM and / or IT,
  • basic knowledge of risk concepts, risk management, compliance driven mindset,
  • ability to write documentation, communication and knowledge articles in English.

You will get extra points for:

  • experience with risk control evidencing,
  • experience with coordinating small / medium projects,
  • good knowledge of Excel or other tools for data analysis,
  • very good communication skills in English,
  • excellent team player - persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn,
  • commitment, accuracy, independence, ability and willingness to learn quickly.

Your key responsibilities

  • supporting end users with maintaining IAM, managing authorization models and resolving access issues,
  • providing consultations & support in global IAM programs & projects,
  • maintaining and / or supporting IAM processes and operations,
  • delivering IAM related trainings, consultations, attending & leading workshops,
  • maintaining IAM data in global IAM tools, i.e. performing data clean-ups, updates,
  • supporting other team operations.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”
