Job Description:

You will be responsible to implement test plans to ensure verification of functional and technical requirements maintaining high quality levels, respecting test and release processes and facilitating the evolution of test discipline according to IT guidelines and targets.

You will work with different company departments to implement test programs, improving the test process and spreading the culture of quality.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Estimate test tasks in terms of time, cost, and constraints
  • Organise the testing process of the various initiatives such as  plans activities, defines staff and organises their tasks, monitoring times, costs and results, communicates progress with the tools available, managing criticalities and reviewing work plans
  • Communicate issues detected by defect management process
  • Identify and implement tactical and strategic improvement actions
  • Facilitate team work, providing continuous feedback and identifying improvement actions and discuss risks within your squad
  • Define and measure test process KPIs
  • Work with third parties according to models of relationship
  • Manage the test process for projects of all sizes and complexity

Required skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps + Azure Test Plans or other tools for test management
  • High capability in writing SQL queries for test data preparation
  • Knowledge of tools to test SOAP/REST interfaces such as SoapUI, Postman, JMeter
  • English language (minimum B1 level)
  • Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of banking world 
  • High skill in managing data and communicating results to facilitate decisions
  • Collaboration, empathy and clarity in establishing contracts and rules with other teams
  • ISTQB Certification (Test Foundation Level)

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of Profile core banking system
  • ISTQB Certification (Test Manager Level)
  • Experience in test automation field
  • Experience in coordinating QA teams or service management

Working conditions: Full Time

Duration: Permanent
