Specialist Support Administrator
About the position

What do we do, and you might, too?
Our main purpose is to help our ING colleagues mainly in Netherlands to fulfil our clients’ wishes related to their accounts and pricing. This means to be able to cover various processes in multiple systems.
So, what can you expect?
- Implementing interest conditions in our system
- Registration of client´s inquiries submitted by ING counterparties in internal systems
- Setting-up of clients on new and existing channels and related services, responsibility and coordination of the full administrative process
- Checking interest conditions and pricing fees already implemented on clients
- Modification of data
- Setting-up of reporting for our clients
- Setting up pooling structures
- Maintaining contact with internal colleagues and related departments, keeping them informed about the progress of their request
- Creating of audit letters and bank confirmations for our clients
- Setting fees and creating invoices for clients
- Opportunity to participate in projects that concern our team
- Working in a self-organized team
- Cooperation with client services teams
Personality requirements and skills
- University education is a plus but not a must
- Back-office experience from shared services, banking or other financial institution is a plus but not a must
- Advanced knowledge of English and Slovak language
- Ability to absorb high amount of information
- Willingness to cover multiple activities managed in multiple systems
- Excel, macros and scripts are your secret weapon (if not, you can learn it)
- You are flexible and you feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Passion for more technical type of work
- Logical thinking and detail orientation
- Responsible and positive attitude and self-organization
- Proactiveness (also in your own development)
- Courage to speak up (share your ideas)
Wage (gross)
- 1 489 EUR/month
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
