About Ewa and Julien

Ewa champions the belief that the best solutions come from those closest to the problem, fostering an environment where engineers are not just problem solvers, but key contributors to process improvement and innovation. To Ewa, the developer experience is about creating a space where engineers can focus on innovating, building, and creating value for customers without unnecessary friction holding them back. For the past 7 years Ewa has lived in Amsterdam with her husband and two sons. She is Polish by birth, but American by marriage and experience (her Dutch is at a restaurant level, meaning, you will lose her after ‘Hoe gaat het?)

Julien is a proud dad, leading developer relations at ING, and a Kotlin GDE. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, he loves sharing his passion for tech and make products loved by developers. He has been working in developer relations and developer experience for the past 5 years.
