International Talent Programme
Are you ready to kickstart your career with a dynamic and flexible traineeship? Our International Talent Programme is a 2-year journey that begins with three job rotations, including the possibility of one abroad. After these rotations, you'll transition into your permanent role.
Choose your track: Tech or Analytics. One of your rotations can be in a different track, allowing you to make an impact from various perspectives. During your first or second rotation, you'll also attend a global trainee event in Amsterdam, where you'll network and develop alongside your peers.
