For the flexibility

Hybrid model
Hybrid is what works for us: no full remote, no 100% onsite. We follow a set of guidelines to show up for each other and for our work in the best way possible, and that can mean both in the office and remote, depending on the activity and the team agreement reached.

Flexible work schedule
Time is a valued resource and flexibility is key. You can start your day anytime between 07:30 and 10:30, and finish between 16:00 and 19:00. Our flexible hours are designed to support a work-life balance that enables you to meet both business needs and life demands.

4-day work week programme
Our 4-day work week programme* offers two flexible options to suit different preferences. Employees can choose to work four days a week with 10-hour workdays, enjoying one full day off, or opt for four days a week with 9-hour workdays, along with a half-day off during the weekdays.
*The Romanian Labour Law states that a full-time job equals 40 hours per week. The default approach is a 5 day with 8 hours per day, but it can be organized differently, if the 40 hour per week are completed.

Work from abroad
You can work from anywhere as long as you have a work permit — your home, the office, a café, while you travel abroad (for up to 30 workdays per year).

Parking
If you're driving to our Bucharest office, you can book a spot and park in the underground lot. For bicycles, there are plenty of spots available, and there's also secured parking with charging docks for scooters.

Electric car charging
We supplied our Bucharest parking with convenient on-site charging stations for your electric vehicle, supporting sustainable commuting.

Good coffee & celebratory bubbles
A good cup of coffee, a fruit snack and the occasional celebratory bubbles make our office the perfect backdrop for sharing stories in good company.
