Customer Journey Expert Marketing Business Banking
We are looking for an expert in (content) marketing and target group marketing to take the lead for the Easy Banking department alongside the Business Banking marketing squad.

Your Work Environment
The Easy Banking department is part of Business Banking Sales NL with the challenging mission to make ING the best bank for business customers in the Netherlands. Our mission is to build and strengthen digital customer service and the remote advisory model. Our department is responsible for all digital and remote services for business customers: the commercial performance of our digital and remote channels, customer satisfaction with our digital customer experience, the P&L realized from the customers we serve digitally and remotely, and marketing activities for Business Banking NL.
Your Role
As a Customer Journey Expert, you and your squad are responsible for realizing the mission of your squad. You will work in a team focused on 'top funnel' marketing for Business Banking NL. You will undertake tasks to significantly grow our business brand. This includes campaigns for various business target groups and content marketing.
In addition to your work in your squad, you will develop knowledge and skills together with your Product Sales Team colleagues in the field of (content) marketing for Easy Banking. This helps you apply your knowledge in the squad you work in. You will encourage and inspire the squads of the department to publish content for the Business Banking brand.
Who We Are Looking For
For our future customer journey expert, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of work experience who excels in the following areas:
- Content Marketing:
- Developing and producing high-quality content in various forms, such as articles, podcasts, and videos. For this, fluency in spoken and written Dutch is a must.
- Managing the entire content production process, from concept to publication.
- Analyzing content performance and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Media & Campaigns:
- Planning and executing media campaigns that align with our marketing goals.
- Collaborating with external partners and media agencies to achieve maximum visibility and impact.
- Monitoring media trends and applying best practices to improve our campaigns.
- Target Group Marketing:
- Identifying and segmenting different target groups within the business market.
- Developing targeted marketing strategies to address the specific needs and interests of each target group.
- Using data analysis to measure and improve the effectiveness of target group-specific campaigns.
