Internship- Personal Banking Support

Start dates: Between July and September 2025
Duration: Minimum of 6 month full time or 10-12 months part time.

Your mission:
You will assist Personal Bankers and clients with:
- Payment orders
- CRM activities
- Managing current accounts (covering debit positions, transfers, foreign exchange transactions)
- Managing debit and credit cards (issuance, stoppage, searches, etc.)
- Internet contract management
- KYT/AML, MiFID & Insurance
Your profile:
- Master’s student in Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages, especially Dutch, are a plus
- Problem-solving skills: actively participate in brainstorming sessions and understand the issues at hand
- Analytical skills: comprehend various processes and operational steps
- Personal skills: strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Time management: prioritize tasks and set priorities in consultation with colleagues
- Evolution skills: proactive, eager to learn and develop knowledge as per manager’s requests, and able to leverage feedback to acquire new skills
