International Talent Programme - Operations & Change Track @ ING Hubs Poland

ING Hubs Poland offers you the opportunity to make the most of your talent through an internship within Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention area: The International Talent Program (ITP). During the traineeship, ING will invest in your future now to develop the experts and leaders of tomorrow.
The ITP is a two-year journey. It starts in November 2025 with three rotations, one of which may be abroad, if circumstances allow. After these three rotations, you will start your permanent role.
We are looking for you if you:
- have a Bachelor’s degree and you are willing to continue your Master's degree
- have understanding & views on economic landscape & banking industry
- are open to work abroad (3-6 months during the programme)
- speak good English (C1)
- have a maximum of 2 years of work experience outside your studies
- want to develop your career in the field of project or service management
- want to work in an international environment
- have strong communication and time management skills
- are able to build relationships with business partners and are not afraid to make decisions
- are a proactive, results and solution oriented individual
- enjoy working in a team
- the ability to think analytically and draw the right conclusions
Additionally, you will score for:
- International experience
- Internship and/or relevant side jobs
- Leadership activities (charity, leading a group, active in any organization such as AIESEC)
- Track record related to ESG/sustainability
- Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate

Information about Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention area
Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention (Global FCFP), part of the COO organization, plays a crucial role in keeping ING and our customers safe and secure. We are responsible for monitoring, investigating, detecting, and preventing financial crimes and fraudulent activities globally at ING. To perform our gatekeeper role in the financial system, we use innovative technology and data analytics to identify suspicious activities. We strive to stay a step ahead in fighting financial crime, a purpose that highly motivates those passionate about making a difference.
Our Transaction Monitoring Service, part of Global FCFP, operates out of the NL head office and three hubs in Poland, Slovakia, and the Philippines. We service all ING group banks, providing globally standardized services with a uniform customer experience regardless of location.
The Business Intelligence Management and Transformation (BIMT) team is an integral part of the Transaction Monitoring Service, providing a broad scope of activities, including:
Business Management Cockpit
Controls and Performance Oversight
Dynamic Planning and Capacity Management
Metrics Definition and Reporting
Business Intelligence
Change Governance and Management
Functional User Acceptance Testing
BIMT is where the pace of global transformation meets the efficiency and effectiveness requirements of regulatory operations. Here, you will learn the tools and language of data fluency to deliver decision recommendations and make things happen with visibility to our senior leaders.
