Prepare your resume and apply
- update all your contact details (e-mail address, phone number)
- describe your responsibilities and skills with relevant information, short and to the point
- include your consent for future recruitment processes. This way you will receive job offers from us for positions that may interest

CV verification and screening call
Our Recruitment team, a manager and/or a technical expert will review your CV. If there is a match, we will call you, give you more details about the role and in some cases, we might have some additional questions for you.

Technical evaluation
In most cases we will have a tech interview (it will last between 1-2 hours) and in very few a test or case study, based on the specifics of the roles, will be added. This is also the time to describe your future responsibilities, talk about team and project, and answer any questions you might have related to the role.

Interview
If the tech evaluation is passed, we will have discussion with the hiring manager and recruiter, that will check soft skills, professional knowledge and English level. We will also want to make sure that if you have any more questions from the previous interview, to answer them.
For management type of roles, we usually have a 3rd interview with HRBP, next level manager’s and/or stakeholder from another country.

Decision
We will return with feedback on the completion of the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome, going further and starting the offer stage or keeping in touch for future roles.
