DevOps Engineer – MS SQL & WIndows
We are looking for you, if you:
· have minimum 2 years of experience with MS SQL database administration,
· have experience with Windows Server,
· have Powershell scripting ability,
· understand engagement, open-mindedness and communicativeness.
· like to always be step ahead and use new technologies.
English level - B2/C1
You'll get extra points for:
· if you have IIS web server knowledge,
· if you have experience in MS SharePoint, MS SCCM, SCOM products,
· if you have CI/CD practice as well as Azure Pipelines experience,
· familiarity with the SRE approach,
· Agile Mindset - ability to learn new things fast and adapt to changing requirements,
Here are some responsibilities:
· supporting daily operations necessary to run bank activities
· administering Virtual Machines on WIN OS/IIS/MS SQL layer
· fixing Incidents and implementing Changes for infrastructure / applications
· cooperating with various stakeholders and communicate in English
· seeking for further improvements by introducing automation, building pipelines, adjusting monitoring & alerting
· supporting projects
· reporting

While working in our team you will be performing various tasks related to Windows Server OS and MSSQL database administration in ING’s Private Cloud - such as installation, configuration or performance analysis, elimination of manual and repetitive tasks, close work with Applications DevTeams. Daily activities also include administration of business partner’s applications and assuring high availability necessary for bank operations. The squad you are applying to aims at operational excellence by automation and optimization of maintained processes by implementing IaC and SRE approach. Thus, apart from ongoing operational tasks you will be having an opportunity to develop your programming skills based on Azure DevOps Pipeline, PowerShell.
