Your Day-to-Day

Understand business requirements
Understand and work with ING standard frameworks, tools and processes
Analyse, code, test and deliver stories according to ING standards, Team agreements and working best practices
Keep technical and risk documentation up to date
Provide support for consumers
Share knowledge with the other colleagues.

What you bring to the team

Tech stack / knowledge:
- Mandatory
- Experience in developing applications using:
  - Java SE 11+;
  - Spring Framework & Spring Boot;
  - REST API, Swagger;
  - SQL (eg. Oracle, MSSql;)
  - Kafka;
  - Persistency frameworks (eg. JPA, Hibernate);
  - Test automation;
- Experience working in an Agile environment, using Agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Familiar with continuous integration & continuous delivery principles and tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Azure DevOps);
- Familiar with the DevOps concept;
- Strong delivery track record.

Nice to have

OAuth2 is a plus;
Frontend experience is a plus (Javascript, web components);
Nice to have cloud experience (Kubernetes/Openshift);
Experience in building applications from scratch is a plus.

Education: University degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics or equivalent through experience (7 years +)

Foreign languages: English (advanced)
