Internship CoE Pricing Mortgages

Do you want to make an impact on ING's position in the mortgage market? Do you have strong communicative and analytical skills and are you enthused by complexity? Then we are looking for you!

An internship at ING is the ideal opportunity to meet a wide variety of people, start to build your own network, and learn about many different aspects of business – all of which adds up to a great start for the rest of your career!

The team

Center of Expertise Pricing plays an important role within ING NL Mortgages. Our price position is of great importance for achieving our commercial objectives. Price is also one of ING's most important profit drivers. With the strategic product-price positioning we influence the results of Mortgages, customer behavior, credit and market risk and the perception of our customers and society.

On a daily basis, we are working together our colleagues within the Mortgages Tribe and a wide variety of other stakeholders within the domestic and global bank (e.g., Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal). CoE Pricing analyzes the market on a weekly basis and advises the Pricing Committee NL on the pricing decisions to be taken. The CoE determines the pricing policy and plays an important role in projects to improve the proposition of ING mortgages.

Internship Opportunity: CoE Pricing

From September 2025, there is an opportunity for a six-month internship within our team, supporting the activities of CoE Pricing. As part of the Pricing team, you play a crucial role in strategic and high priority projects. Next to the strategic projects, you will also work on regular pricing proposals for Mortgages. The internship is on a full-time basis, with flexibility to ensure students are meeting ongoing study requirements, and the possibility to combine the internship with writing your thesis.

Start date, duration of the internship and the division between working and writing the thesis can be discussed.

This is a great opportunity to train with highly skilled people who are experts in their field. You’ll do a lot and learn a lot – not only about your specialist area and the bank, but also about yourself and whether this type of environment is right for you.
