We enjoy a flexible way of working and a highly collaborative environment, where fair and constructive feedback is encouraged.

For us, impact isn't a perk. It's the driver of our work. We are guided and rewarded by a shared desire to make the world a better place, one innovative solution at a time. Our colleagues make it their job to do impactful things and they love doing it in good company. Do you?

The Mission

As part of the Proximity Hosting Solutions team, you will help deliver, maintain, and support a high‑tech, low‑latency connectivity platform that enables DevOps teams and Financial Markets applications. The team manages the full IT infrastructure hosted in Equinix Data Centres in Frankfurt and operated by Getronics.

This infrastructure supports mission‑critical Financial Markets applications such as KDB, Ullink, MarketView, GEP, and Horizon — platforms central to ING’s trading activities on exchanges such as Eurex Frankfurt. You will work according to the latest Agile practices in complex, high‑availability IT environments.

You will collaborate closely with enthusiastic, highly skilled colleagues from ING Hubs Romania and ING Bank Amsterdam. You will work on externally hosted (private cloud) infrastructure environments for Financial Markets — a fast-paced, complex, and continuously evolving area where quality and resilience are critical.
