Your day to day

• Preparation, monitoring and management of credit contracts and drafting of related collaterals;
• Handling administrative requests during the term of a credit contract for professional purposes;
• Ensure correct and timely processing of contracts and other administrative documents;
• Processing credit and collateral data;
• Working independently and taking responsibility;
• You are always helping to improve processes, products and services to better meet customer needs and/or operate more efficiently;
• Answer and provide solutions (from A to Z) to customers via mail and telephone;
• Continuously exceeding customer expectations: the WOW effect;
• Performs non-standard customer requests.

Foreign languages: Excellent command of French, both written and oral, good command of English.

Education: An education completed at the Bachelor or Master level.
