Your ITP rotations

Over the course of18 months,you’llexplore different areas within ING through a structured rotation program.You’llbegin your journey as aJunior Data Analyst or Data Scientistand continue to grow yourexpertisein this field throughout theprogramme.

During this year and a half, you’ll completethree rotations, each lasting six months.In the second rotation,you’llhave the unique opportunity to work abroad on one of your projects. With ING’s global presence, this international experience could take you to locations such as Singapore, the United States, Poland, Australia, or Spain.

Whatyou’llbring to the team

• ABachelor’s/Master’sdegree, preferably in Mathematics, Informatics, Econometrics, Computer/Data Science, Information Management or Statistics;

• Amaximumof 2 years of professional experience;

• Involvementinextracurricularactivities (such as board or committee experience, volunteer work, internships) to prove your leadership development andinterest in thetrackthatyou applied for;

• Excellent English communication skills,written and verbal;

• Someunderstanding of theeconomic landscapeand an interest to further discover thebanking industry;

• Passionabout data analytics & statistics;

• Enthusiasmaboutworking in a team environment;
