Trainee in CX team



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices,
  • can create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design mockups,
  • communicate clearly and effectively in English (B2/C1), both verbally and in writing, especially when presenting design concepts and ideas,
  • know how to conduct basic user research, including interviews and surveys,
  • can analyze user feedback and usability test results to inform design decisions.

English level: B2/C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Axure, etc.,
  • attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs,
  • experience working with design systems and style guides,
  • ability to interpret data and user behavior to improve UX,
  • practical application of usability testing methods and tools,
  • openness to feedback and ability to iterate on designs based on input from users and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • conducting user research, including interviews related to UI/UX,
  • performing usability tests and analyzing user feedback,
  • creating application prototypes and visual mockups.

Information about the squad:

CIA supports IAM (Identity and Access Management) in day to day work by resolving the incidents. Additionally creating reports as well as developing own application which is helping people with their ING identity.

Part of the team is also taking care of UX/UI for ING.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Intern I”.
