Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Martech Expert to join our Martech Data squad within Growth tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure that digital data (online + offline) is reliable, governed and activable in AEP and other platforms, enabling measurement in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and supporting activation needs through the data ecosystem.

In this role, you will design, implement, maintain and govern the tracking & data activation infrastructure, acting as a technical bridge between Marketing, Paid Media and data platforms. Your main focus will be the operational and technical ownership of Tag Management and Paid Media signals, ensuring correct implementations, robust environments (DEV/QA/PRO), and fast incident resolution.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Martech Expert you will:

- Own the tracking and activation infrastructure, ensuring it is designed, implemented, maintained and governed properly across the digital ecosystem. 

- Act as a technical liaison between Marketing, Paid Media and the data platform teams to guarantee alignment, feasibility and quality of implementations.

- Be the owner of Tag Managers (Tealium / AEP):

Design and maintain the Tag Manager setup.

Implement and maintain tags and extensions.

Control and coordinate environments with other technical teams (DEV, QA, PRO). 

- Support server-side / event streaming capabilities where relevant (e.g., maintenance of event streaming / server-side components connected to tracking). 

- Lead Paid Media pixel implementation and maintenance:

Implement, validate and maintain pixels according to Paid Media requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting measurement and activation. 

- Contribute to the squad’s mission of ensuring data quality and sustainability, by identifying tracking gaps, improving consistency and preventing technical debt. 

- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners when needed, supporting technical onboarding and implementation coordination.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data, digital, or related fields.

- Experience in tag management / tracking implementation and working with digital analytics & marketing platforms. 

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tag Management tools (Tealium) and tracking concepts (tags, extensions, environments).

- Experience with Paid Media measurement (pixels, validation, troubleshooting, incident handling).

- Understanding of consent & privacy implications in tracking ecosystems (experience with consent tools is a plus).

- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude.

- Team player, willing to collaborate across multiple squads and stakeholders.

- Very good oral and written English skills.

En ING estamos buscando a un/a Martech Expert con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al Martech Data squad dentro de la tribu de Growth.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es asegurar que los datos digitales (online + offline) sean fiables, estén gobernados adecuadamente y puedan activarse en AEP y otras plataformas, permitiendo la medición en Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) y dando soporte a las necesidades de activación dentro del ecosistema de datos.

En este rol, diseñarás, implementarás, mantendrás y gobernarás la infraestructura de tracking y activación de datos, actuando como puente técnico entre Marketing, Paid Media y las plataformas de datos. Tu principal foco será la propiedad técnica y operativa del Tag Management y de las señales de Paid Media, asegurando implementaciones correctas, entornos robustos (DEV/QA/PRO) y una resolución rápida de incidencias.

Tus principales responsabilidades

Como Martech Expert, te encargarás de:

• Ser responsable de la infraestructura de tracking y activación, asegurando que esté correctamente diseñada, implementada, mantenida y gobernada en todo el ecosistema digital.

• Actuar como enlace técnico entre Marketing, Paid Media y los equipos de plataformas de datos, garantizando alineamiento, viabilidad y calidad en las implementaciones.

• Ser la persona propietaria de los Tag Managers (Tealium / AEP):

  • Diseñar y mantener la configuración del Tag Manager.

  • Implementar y mantener tags y extensiones.

  • Controlar y coordinar los entornos con otros equipos técnicos (DEV, QA, PRO).

• Dar soporte a capacidades server-side / event streaming cuando sea relevante (p. ej., mantenimiento de componentes server-side o de event streaming conectados al tracking).

• Liderar la implementación y mantenimiento de los pixels de Paid Media:

  • Implementar, validar y mantener pixels según las necesidades de Paid Media.

  • Resolver incidencias que afecten a la medición y la activación.

• Contribuir a la misión del squad garantizando la calidad y sostenibilidad del dato, identificando brechas de tracking, mejorando consistencia y previniendo deuda técnica.

• Colaborar con proveedores y partners externos cuando sea necesario, apoyando el onboarding técnico y la coordinación en implementaciones.

• Grado o Máster en ingeniería, datos, digital o áreas relacionadas.

• Experiencia en tag management / implementación de tracking y trabajo con plataformas de analítica digital y marketing.

• Conocimiento práctico sólido de herramientas de Tag Management (especialmente Tealium) y conceptos de tracking (tags, extensiones, entornos).

• Experiencia en medición de Paid Media (pixels, validación, resolución de incidencias).

• Conocimiento de implicaciones de consentimiento y privacidad en ecosistemas de tracking (experiencia con herramientas de consentimiento es un plus).

• Gran capacidad organizativa y de comunicación oral y escrita; habilidad para coordinar con interlocutores técnicos y no técnicos.

• Mentalidad resolutiva y capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma con actitud positiva.

• Espíritu de trabajo en equipo, con predisposición a colaborar con múltiples squads y stakeholders.

• Muy buen nivel de inglés, oral y escrito.
