Collection Stageur

Il collection Specialist Stageur ha la responsabilità di seguire le attività e le performance delle agenzie di recupero e/o degli Studi Legali Esterni a cui viene affidato il portafoglio non performing della banca.

Inoltre monitora e valuta le attività di questi stessi nel rispetto degli accordi contrattuali e dei KPI condivisi.

Effettua double check su costi e fatture delle società di recupero, verificando la documentazione a supporto delle stesse e implementando il gestionale di Collection con note e documenti.

Analizza le posizioni critiche e propone soluzioni per il rientro in bonis di clienti che hanno delle debenze nei confronti della Banca, ipotizzando Piani di Rientro, sospensione dei piani di ammortamento ed eventuali altri strumenti che potranno essere valutati caso per caso.

Individua le posizioni che secondo la credit risk policy interna possono essere avviate alla fase legale (c.d. Recovery) e predispone il set documentale necessario all’avvio dell’iter monitorio.

Traccia e analizza il portafoglio in gestione allo Studio Legale esterno con la redazione e richiesta di report strutturati, oltre a verificare che ogni attività sia svolta con opportuna diligenza e nelle tempistiche giuridiche.

Collabora con le diverse aree della Banca, quali Risk, Anti Frodi, Back Office, Pagamenti e Reclami al fine di rispondere alle richieste degli altri team e dei clienti.

Key Responsabilities

• Monitoraggio delle agenzie di recupero e/o degli Studi Legali Esterni
• Predisposizione di accordi transattivi con i clienti
• Predisposizione di fascicoli documentali per avvio fase monitoria
• Feedback a richieste di uffici banca collegati al team di Collection
• Redazione/analisi/gestione di reportistiche su attività e performance
• Double check su fatture, notule e documentazioni inerenti pagamenti a terze parti

Educational and Experience Qualification

• Laurea in materia Giuridica o Economica
• Pregressa esperienza nel Credito o da Società specializzate in recupero del credito (ma non in qualità di solo recuperatore)
• Ottima conoscenza ed utilizzo del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di Excel
• Preferibilmente conoscenza ed esperienza con l’utilizzo del sistema SAS
• Conoscenza (perferibilmente certificata) della lingua Inglese
