At ING, we’re building the most-loved mobile-led bank in Australia — and we’re looking for a Product Lead – Digital Sales Enablement to shape and deliver the digital experiences that power customer growth. Sitting within the Digital & Assisted Channels Tribe, this role is accountable for the digital products, platforms and journeys that enable acquisition and conversion across web and app, ensuring customers move seamlessly from discovery through to application and onboarding.

You’ll own and evolve the digital sales foundations across ING’s ecosystem — including the public website, content platforms, on-site search, web-to-app journeys, and reusable sales components such as calculators, simulators and in-app messaging experiences. Working closely with Growth and Digital Marketing, your focus will be on building the underlying product capabilities and customer journeys that drive performance, rather than campaign execution.

Leading multiple squads and Product Owners, you’ll deliver against a clear roadmap that balances near-term outcomes with longer-term platform uplift. You’ll partner across Technology, Design and other product areas to improve conversion, simplify customer journeys and ensure consistency across channels, while maintaining high standards of performance, reliability and customer experience


What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital sales enablement products across web and mobile, driving conversion and customer growth

  • Own the product backlog and roadmap, translating strategy into clear priorities and executable delivery plans

  • Partner closely with Digital Marketing to enable acquisition strategies — focusing on platforms, journeys and experience (not campaign execution)

  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and operational stability, including monitoring and optimisation

  • Lead and coach Product Owners, building a high-performing, customer-obsessed and delivery-focused culture

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading digital product delivery in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Excellent ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes

  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, digital experience design, and web/app ecosystems

  • Experience partnering with marketing teams, with a clear focus on product and platforms rather than campaign execution

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, prioritisation and problem-solving capability
