The Data Tribe is driving the next wave of innovative, personalized and powerful data‑driven solutions by decommissioning the current data warehouse and leading the transition to a cloud‑based data and analytics platform.


We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead this multi-year data transformation initiative. This role sits at the heart of critical technology and business change agenda and requires a leader who can operate confidently in ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders and translate strategy into a disciplined execution.

As a Program Manager in ING, you will own end-to-end program delivery including setting direction, sequencing priorities, managing interdependencies and ensuring outcomes remain aligned to organizational strategy. You will work across technology, business and executive teams, balancing competing priorities while maintaining momentum in a fast-moving environment. You will engage regularly with executives and key stakeholders across the organization, clearly articulating progress, risks, trade-offs and decisions required.

What you’ll do …

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of programs, ensuring all milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.

  • Manage scope and change, controlling deviations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitating communication and coordination across cross‑functional teams.

  • Oversee risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and successful program outcomes, ensuring compliance with financial governance, reporting, and benefits realization frameworks.

  • Monitor and report on project performance, stakeholder engagement, and realized benefits.

  • Support implementation of data mesh, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.

What we’re looking for…

  • 10+ years’ experience planning, controlling and   implementing multiple projects up to~$15m.

  • Strong expertise in data migration projects

  • Experience in applying a structured methodology   and leading project management activities aligned   to deliver clear program outcomes

  • Demonstrated capability to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects

  • Demonstrated capability to lead and support ahigh   performing, cross-functional / matrix project team

  • Proven experience in working with partner resources and executive stakeholders in different time zones.
