About the programme

If you are passionate about banking, you will have the opportunity to join Retail Banking at one of the largest banks in Poland. On the ITP Retail track, you will help create innovative solutions for our customers. If you are interested in Customer Experience (CX), this track is for you.

International Talent Programme is a two-year global traineeship where you can discover different parts of our organisation across three rotations, one of which may even be abroad. After these rotations you can move into a permanent role.

During the programme you will:

  • complete three rotations across different teams and initiatives within Retail Banking, contributing to projects that improve Customer Experience (CX) and deliver innovative solutions for our customers
  • take ownership of your development by showing initiative, learning fast, and proactively building your network across the organisation to shape your next rotation choices.
  • join Global Learning Experiences (international events) designed to kick off and close your ITP journey, where you’ll learn about ING’s strategy and banking fundamentals and strengthen key personal skills
  • work on sustainability-related topics as part of your rotations and/or additional assignments, supporting ING’s sustainability ambitions

You’re a great fit if you

  • hold a university degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field
  • are fluent in English and Polish
  • are excited about Retail Banking, Customer Experience (CX) and designing solutions that make banking simpler and better for customers
  • have been active in student organisations, academic societies, volunteering or extracurricular initiatives
  • have up to 2 years of professional experience (internships/placements welcome)

What we offer

  • a structured 2-year development programme with four rotations (including the possibility of an international rotation)
  • support from a trainee/talent manager to help you plan rotations and build your long-term career path
