- Rainbow Lions aims to provide a safe LGBTQI+ work environment for people to express themselves and bring their whole self to work. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex colleagues. We say ‘no’ to a world where people have to hide their true selves.
- RING Americas strives to enhance the employee experience at ING by focusing on the personal and professional development of our employees, levels VP and below.
- Lioness Americas is a diverse community dedicated to the empowerment of women at work and looks to promote gender balance and aims for gender equity.
- The Pathfinders mission is to increase awareness of the diverse cultures, talents and challenges faced by people of color, and to implement systemic change within the organization through initiatives designed to increase the representation of people of color and people from low-income backgrounds inside the professional ranks at ING.
