International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Through My Lens is a space for ING colleagues to share, in their own words, what it’s like to navigate work and life while living with a disability or neurodiverse condition. The moments that make collaboration easier or harder, the misunderstandings that happen, the small changes that help. It supports ING’s commitment to inclusion: a workplace where everyone feels respected, understood, and able to do their best work.

We are also infusing our channels with the vibrant energy of purple, celebrating the International Day of Persons with Disabilities by boldly embracing a colour that symbolizes greater inclusion, accessibility and empowerment for the community and their allies.
