We are looking for a team member in our Front Office Structured Lease team.

As Structured Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing (customized) lease agreements, supporting front office operations and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth transactions and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities

  • You act as the privileged contact for clients (based in a dedicated region) for all questions relating to their leasing lines and the operational processing of offers and entrusted contracts.
  • You analyze requests and take note of the transactions to be carried out, the procedures to be respected and the deadlines set for correct processing.
  • You work closely with the Zone Managers to process complex and tailor-made requests within an acceptable timeframe.
  • You answer the questions asked or contact various stakeholders/partners both internally and at the Bank or external partners involved in the transaction (e.g. other banking institutions, suppliers, customers, etc.).
  • You receive and check various documents (e.g. credit decisions, order forms, payment confirmations, etc.) and execute all planned transactions (extensions and increases of credit lines, offers, contracts, etc.), in accordance with internal rules & policies and with the established contract terms with the customer.
  • You identify and define needs for improvement of working procedures or IT developments.
