Director's Assistant
We are looking for you if:
- You have highly developed organizational skills,
- You are able to independently set priorities and drive towards set goals,
- You have professional experience on a similar position min 2 years,
- You are able to work multi-tasking,
- You are reliable and precise,
- You are an open and communicative person and you like working with people,
- You are a fast learner and like new challenges,
- You are able to work under time pressure in a dynamically changing environment,
- You have a university degree,
- You have good knowledge of MS Office,
- You speak English at least at B2 level.
Your responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Day-to-day tasks (e.g. communication with staff, circulation of documents, meeting notes, organisation of business trips)
- Additional tasks assigned by the supervisor (e.g. preparation of presentations, documents, organisation of training/integration/events)
