ING Financial Markets is the Sales and Trading division of ING Wholesale Banking. We provide risk distribution and hedging for institutional and corporate clients whereby we help them to invest and transfer risk across financial asset classes.
With a strong global network with local experts, we have presence in more than 25 locations across EMEA, APAC, and North America. It’s our job to trade cash and derivatives like foreign exchange, money markets, interest rates, commodities, credit, and equities.
Backed by strong credit rating and a sizeable balance sheet, we’re proud to assist our international client base through the cycle in the global financial markets.
Learning on the job
In the 1-year Financial Markets Graduates Programme you will do two rotations of six months. You can do a rotation at a sales, structuring or trading desk on the trading floor. Have you completed the programme successfully? Then we would like to provide you a full-time position within Financial Markets.
Training
You will get training throughout the whole year. In the first two weeks there is a training course with FM graduates from all over the world, covering different products and departments of the bank. This is followed by regular classes as well as on demand tutorials available through ING WB Business School.
