Meet our seven employee networks
BEING
We want to represent and empower the black community, especially in leadership. Therefore, we need to share our stories and engage in sometimes uncomfortable conversations, to create awareness of the position of black colleagues within the organisation and to gain commitment from the management.
Crossing
Our mission is to connect colleagues to help them understand and appreciate different cultures and to reinforce a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Enable
To make ING a great place to work without any barriers, even if you have a physical, mental or neurological disability – that’s the aim of the bank’s ENABLE network.
RING
Build your network, develop new skills, get to know the bank better and have fun. You can do all this and more with RING, ING’s network for young (minded) employees.
Lioness
Our aim is to achieve gender balance and equal opportunities for all – and this is a shared responsibility for males, females and all other genders.
Rainbow Lions
It should become entirely natural to take other people’s identities into account, whether in terms of sexuality, religion, origin, gender or age.
