The ING Tech Class is designed for motivated tech graduates who want to grow into skilled engineering professionals. Throughout the programme, you'll grow both professionally and personally, moving confidently from academic life into a fully developed engineering role. With practical rotations and real-world assignments from day one, you’ll build the experience and confidence you need to progress in your career at ING.

During the programme, you will deepen your understanding of both Tech and banking while gaining real experience through diverse and meaningful projects. You will rotate across different engineering teams, giving you exposure to multiple domains and helping you build the skills needed to progress in your engineering career. Together with fellow members, you will work on a group assignment that leads to a final pitch to senior management, giving you a chance to demonstrate your growth and the impact you can make. After completing the programme, many participants continue their journey at ING in various Tech roles.

You will work in agile squads alongside motivated professionals from around the world, all committed to building excellent software and maintaining reliable systems. Our culture values collaboration, learning, and the drive to continuously improve how we work and deliver.

During the programme, you will complete four core assignments: three rotations in different squads and one group project with fellow engineers from the class. Each rotation gives you hands on experience in a new environment, helping you explore different parts of our Tech landscape. Together, these assignments lead to a final presentation where you showcase a working product to senior management, demonstrating your development and the impact you can make.
