Prepare your CV and apply

CV review and phone screening
Our recruitment team and a manager will verify your CV.
Once you have successfully passed the CV review, we will call you to ask you some questions and possibly schedule you for an interview.
Recruitment interview
Let's meet for a 30-minute interview where we get to know each other better. During the interview, we will examine your soft skills, as well as your level of English and your potential and willingness to develop in the selected area. This is also the time when you can get to know us better - don't hesitate to ask us questions! We will do our best to answer them all.
We make the decision
We know that time and feedback are important to candidates, so we shorten our recruitment process to a minimum. Furthermore, we come back immediately with feedback on the completion of the recruitment process.
In the case of a positive decision, we will call you and make you an offer of an internship. In the case of a negative decision, you will receive feedback from us by email.
I had the pleasure of participating in the Summer Internship Experience 2024 program, after which I continue my adventure with ING Hubs. The internship gave me the opportunity to familiarize myself with numerous topics related to credit risk models, the process of their creation and analysis, and allowed me to work on real projects in an amazing team. A great advantage of the internship, apart from the accessible large dose of interesting knowledge offered, was good preparation for students - it was easy to combine the internship with studies (even in another city). I am very excited to continue working with ING and I encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the company's offer. Our journey with ING has only just begun!
