We are responsible
Helping is simply in our blood!
In 2025 alone:
- nearly 600 of our employees used an additional day off for volunteering,
- we organized more than 11 company-wide charity events and dozens of grassroots initiatives,
- we donated over PLN 379,000 to various NGOs and educational institutions.
Most importantly, all our social activities stemmed from the initiatives and real needs raised by our employees.
So what exactly did we do?
- We organized a rematch football game, where employees from Katowice and Warsaw competed to support the beneficiaries of the Zdążyć z pomocą Foundation. The event was accompanied by an auction with members of the Management Team, and all proceeds were donated to the Foundation.
- We collected kilometres through various physical activities, which resulted in two environmental volunteering events. In Warsaw, we planted crocuses together with the Municipal Greenery Authority, and in Katowice – in cooperation with the Iskierka Foundation – we prepared plantings in front of the Upper Silesian Children’s Health Centre.
- Many of us commuted to work by bike, and for every kilometer ridden, we donated funds to charities of our choice: Sto Serc, Ocalenie, Śląskie Children’s Hospice Świetlikowo, the Association for Boys and Men, as well as a fundraising campaign supporting our colleague fighting illness.
Quite a lot, right? And that’s not all! We also got involved in other initiatives such as helping animals in shelters and preparing Christmas gift packages for children and seniors.
What’s more, our BeResponsible grant programme – which allows every employee to propose their own charitable initiative – resulted in 11 projects carried out mainly in Silesia and Mazovia. We support children, seniors, animals, and the environment!
Supporting initiatives like Poland Business Run is an integral part of our company culture. We are not only the main sponsor every year, but we also keep breaking records! Once again, our employees proved that when it comes to helping others, we have no limits. The numbers speak for themselves: 186 teams – that is 930 runners from ING Hubs Poland – covered a total of 3,720 km in 2025!
