Prepare your resume and apply

Before you send your CV, please remember to: 

  • update all personal information in your application documents so that we can contact you without problems, 
  • describe your skills and career stages in detail, 
  • include your consent for future recruitment processes. This way you will receive job offers from us for positions that may interest you in the future,

CV verification and screening call

Our Recruitment team, a manager and/or a technical expert will review your CV. 


It may happen that we will have some additional questions. In that case we will call you - it’s so-called screening call. 

Test or case study

For some roles we will ask you to complete a technical test or case study. In such a case our Recruitment team will contact you to provide you with all the necessary information.

Interview

We want to get to know you better, learn more about your qualifications and skills. 

The meeting will also allow us to check your knowledge, level of English language and soft skills. This is also the time to describe your future responsibilities, talk about team and project, and answer any questions you might have. 

Decision

We know how important time and feedback are to candidates, so we have shortened our recruitment process to a minimum. In addition, we return promptly with feedback on the completion of the recruitment process.

Even for virtual interviews, it’s important we verify it’s truly you 😉

✅ Keep a notebook handy
Jot down key points, questions you might not know the answer to, and any feedback to help you improve next time.

✅ Review the job description
Be ready to confidently discuss the role and demonstrate how your skills and experience match the requirements.

✅ Keep a copy of your CV nearby
Having a copy to hand helps keep you focused and ensures you remember everything you want to highlight – especially if nerves kick in!

✅ Show genuine interest
Prepare thoughtful questions for the recruiter and hiring manager. Remember, interviews are a two-way street – it’s your opportunity to discover more about the company and the team.

✅ Be on time and dress to impress
First impressions count, whether you’re face-to-face or online.

✅ Test your tech
If your interview is virtual, check the link in advance and make sure you’ve got the right app (like Teams or Zoom) installed and working smoothly.
