Senior Accountant (Limited Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounting entries in compliance with internal accounting procedures / with Slovak legislation requirements for the area of responsibility
- Ensure accounting in compliance with internal/external regulations.
- Execute monthly/yearly closing procedures (bookings, reconciliations)
- Review and approval of employee’s reimbursements, company credit card management
- Support to employees regarding travel and expense questions
- Asset management – asset additions and disposal, asset register maintenance
- Accounts receivables process - issuing invoices, communication with intercompany customers
- Cooperate within Finance with controlling and procurement. Cooperates with all the ING Hubs departments regarding the mentioned scope of responsibility
- Participation on internal accounting procedures updates
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks other accounting activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
Personality requirements and skills
4+ years experience in double-entry accounting and taxes domain are highly required
- University degree in Economy or high school degree with a focus on economics
- Process-oriented and analytical
- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside and outside the company
- Advanced English language
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
