INTERNSHIP – Client Support Officer

For its Retail Client Services teams, the COO Domain of ING Luxembourg bank is looking for interns/alternates for a minimum of 6 months to join its teams from January 2025.


Your Mission:


- Handle customer queries on their day-to-day operations (accounts, cards...) or on the bank's products (savings, home loans...) by telephone and/or email. 
- Contribute to the administrative follow-up of customer files 
- Detect customer needs and redirect them to our sales teams 
- Support the team in day-to-day tasks 
- Comply with current legislation and regulations 
- Contribute to the improvement of the bank's processes.


Your profile:

Education and experience :


- Education (minimum BAC+3) preferably with a commercial, economic, financial, administrative or management orientation.
- Internship of at least 6 months


Skills :


- Excellent communication, writing skills and spelling. 
- Rigor, autonomy, flexibility and proactivity 
- Ability to analyze, organize and summarize 
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Power point...) 
- Team spirit, empathy and good customer relations skills


 Languages :


- Oral and written fluency in French and English 
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset.
