We’re Deni & Maťo – your future teammates in the Talent Acquisition & Employee Journey team – and we’re looking for a passionate recruiter who will help us deliver an exceptional hiring experience and support the growth of ING Hubs Slovakia.

What’s the deal?
You’ll manage the End-to-End recruitment process, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and make sure every candidate feels the ING vibe from the first hello to onboarding. What will your day look like?

Your mission is to partner with the business, understand their hiring needs, and create an outstanding employee experience for candidates and managers. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding/offboarding new services from a recruitment perspective.

And the best part? You’ll work with people who smile a lot, love what they do, and will make sure your onboarding is smooth and fun.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative attraction and engagement strategies
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: attracting, shortlisting, selecting, and hiring top talent – plus supporting exit interviews
  • Act as a consulting partner for hiring managers, providing market insights and talent strategies
  • Contribute to onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Help design future recruitment campaigns, from messaging to channel selection and event co-creation
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver high-quality recruitment services aligned with business goals
  • Support employer branding initiatives and bring fresh ideas to strengthen our brand presence
  • Be social media savvy and ready to showcase our culture online

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience with End2End recruitment is mandatory - preferably in HR corporate environment

  • C1 English, any other language skills is appreciated

  • Agile mindset

Wage (gross) 1.768 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
