A day in the life of a Team leader Private Banking

  • You coach a local team of around 6 private bankers.

  • You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.

  • You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking…

  • You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team.

  • You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.

  • You have a strong anchorage in the local life, and you enjoy creating new relationship to create business opportunities.

  • You are Dutch speaking, with a good knowledge of French and English.

The team

The private banking team zone East consists of Private Bankers, Wealth managers, Portfolio Managers, Sales and Services Officers, teams leaders and Wealth and Analysis planners, all contributing to commercial success and Customer Satisfaction.  The team is integrated in a global team of around 300 persons in Belgium, as part of our Universal Bank. ING Private Banking is managing the assets of 30.000 families in Belgium.
