Lead Manager Securities & Financial Market services

You will be part of the Wholesale Banking Operations management team and especially on Securities and Financial Markets Services.

Composed of 4 teams and 35 people, The Securities services is in charge of all custody operations for the Bank’s clients from order routing to corporate actions whilst the Financial Markets Services is accompanying our FM desk in their operations (FX, OTC, collateral, EMIR reporting) as well as our Treasury department by participating to the intraday liquidity of the Bank.

With more than 65bn€ of assets under custody, we are offering a wide range of know-how and operational discipline to our Wholesale Banking Clients, as well as Private and Retail Clients.

As lead manager, you will be the main actor to motivate the teammates and lead their development relying on subject matter expert/team leaders for the day2day operations in each areas. You participate and drive projects relating to the transformation of the operational model to prepare the future of our operations in a constant evolving world.

Job description :

The lead manager, also known as Circle lead is responsible for :

  • Leading and developing team members
  • Representing in different forum the Securities & Financial markets operations
  • Driving projects and ensuring their implementation
  • Deploying the strategy of the Bank
  • Ensuring that operations are managed as per our risk approach
  • Challenging the processes to ensure their robustness
  • Managing issues and associated actions for closure

Your profile :

Knowledge and Experience:

- Economy or finance studies

- Proven experience of more than 8 years of experience in management and leadership

- Experience in custody and financial markets activities will be a decisive advantage

Skills  :

- People leader

- Communication skills

- Analytical mind, rigor and organized

- Proactivity

- Decision maker

- English mandatory, French as a major asset
