Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Mortgage Team of Home and Protection banking Tribe in a squad focused on Mortgage experience revolution

Your key responsibilities:

As Customer Journey Expert in Mortgage Experience Revolution you will:

Build a new advanced mortgage E2E process (GAIA program). Your aim is to deliver the fastest, easiest and more personalized mortgage experience of the market.

Be responsible for the functional design of this new platform to take our conversion, customer satisfaction and efficiency indicators to the next level, so that it becomes a competitive advantage to grow our business in the future.

Support PO to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth linked to mortgages and pursuing for innovative solutions

Translate business needs in requirements for the implementation.

Have a clear understanding of IT framework in ING and be acquainted with technology development.

Be an expert of your product & service prioritizing on value delivered for our customers in short cycles, defining a first MVP and improving with the feedback gathered

Be able to support complex programs, setting clear roadmaps and solving impediments

Be creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment where stakeholders and developers collaborate closely on a daily basis

Giving and asking for constructive feedback

By fulfilling the CJE role:

• Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product design.
• Capability of translating business needs into delivery requirements, proven experience working with IT.
• Proven ability to prioritise and deliver technology solutions in complex, agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and negotiate priorities.
• Deep problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, can-do attitude to overcome delivery challenges.
• Experience in the mortgages or financial services domain, ideally with knowledge of credit operations.
• Passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing customer and operational outcomes.
• You ensure compliance with ING’s policies and standards
• Excellent oral and written English skills

• Diseñarás un nuevo proceso hipotecario E2E avanzado (programa GAIA), con el objetivo de ofrecer la experiencia hipotecaria más rápida, sencilla y personalizada del mercado.
• Serás responsable del diseño funcional de esta nueva plataforma, con el fin de mejorar los indicadores de conversión, satisfacción del cliente y eficiencia, convirtiéndola en una ventaja competitiva para el crecimiento del negocio.
• Apoyarás al PO para aumentar la eficiencia, reducir la complejidad y ofrecer la mejor experiencia en los momentos clave del proceso hipotecario, buscando siempre soluciones innovadoras.
• Traducirás las necesidades del negocio en requisitos para su implementación.
• Tendrás un conocimiento claro del marco IT de ING y estarás familiarizado/a con el desarrollo tecnológico.
• Serás experto/a en tu producto y servicio, priorizando el valor entregado al cliente en ciclos cortos, definiendo un primer MVP y mejorándolo con el feedback recibido.
• Apoyarás programas complejos, estableciendoroadmapsclaros y resolviendo impedimentos.

• Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en requisitos de entrega, con experiencia demostrada trabajando con IT.
• Experiencia en priorizar y entregar soluciones tecnológicas en entornos ágiles y complejos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión destakeholders, con capacidad para alinear equipos diversos y negociar prioridades.
• Alta capacidad de resolución de problemas y actitud proactiva.
• Experiencia en el sector hipotecario o financiero, idealmente con conocimiento de operaciones de crédito.
• Pasión por la transformación digital y la mejora continua, con foco en la experiencia del cliente y la eficiencia operativa.
• Cumplimiento de las políticas y estándares de ING.
• Nivel alto de inglés oral y escrito.
