Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Credit Risk Models Analyst to join our Retail Credit RiskTeam within ING Risk Domain.

The responsibility of this team is to oversight the risk in the Spanish Retail Lending portfolio during the whole credit lifecycle, and our way of working is 100% flexible, in small subject-expert areas, and with a continuous interaction with international teams.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Credit Risk Model Analyst you will:

Positively contribute to the development and maintenance of IRB & IFRS9 models

            Collaborate to identify and mitigate risks through appropriate levels of capital and provisions

Ensure the Retail Lending portfolios growth on a sustainable fashion.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Statistics, Maths or Econometrics.
• Experience on retail lending portfolios, developing/monitoring/validating regulatory credit risk models from banking or consultancy.
• Excellent knowledge of statistics and/or mathematics, as well as programming, preferably in SAS and/or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of banking and financial industry, preferably on the Retail Lending side.
• Independent, creative and pro-active mind-set. Focus on delivering pragmatic and feasible solutions.
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
• Eager to lead projects.

Estamos buscando un Analista Senior de Modelos de Riesgo de Crédito talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de Riesgo de Crédito Minorista dentro del Dominio de Riesgo de ING.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es supervisar el riesgo en la cartera de préstamos minoristas en España durante todo el ciclo de vida del crédito. Nuestra forma de trabajar es 100% flexible, en pequeñas áreas de expertos en la materia, y con una interacción continua con equipos internacionales.

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Analista de Modelos de Riesgo de Crédito, tú:

• Contribuirás positivamente al desarrollo y mantenimiento de modelos IRB & IFRS9.
• Colaborarás para identificar y mitigar riesgos mediante niveles adecuados de capital y provisiones.
• Asegurarás el crecimiento sostenible de las carteras de préstamos minoristas.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Título universitario o equivalente en Economía, Negocios, Estadística, Matemáticas o Econometría.
• Experiencia en carteras de préstamos minoristas, desarrollando, monitoreando o validando modelos de riesgo de crédito regulatorio en banca o consultoría.
• Excelente conocimiento de estadística y/o matemáticas, así como programación, preferiblemente en SAS y/o SQL.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Conocimiento de la industria bancaria y financiera, preferiblemente en el área de préstamos minoristas.
• Mentalidad independiente, creativa y proactiva. Enfoque en ofrecer soluciones pragmáticas y factibles.
• Habilidades lingüísticas en inglés y español.
• Deseo de liderar proyectos.
