What You'll Do

As part of our Global Finance Services - Cost Invoicing and Recharges Services Circle, you'll support finance operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States while ensuring efficient and accurate financial processing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Processing invoices, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities.
• Supporting payment processing, billing, cash application, and open item management.
• Maintaining operational dashboards, KPIs, and finance reports.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Supporting vendor data management and e-invoicing initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Participating in AI, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with global stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who combine strong finance fundamentals with a mindset for innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable operations.
• Experience working in a shared services or global business services environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Exposure to automation, AI, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
