Pricing & Balance Sheet Analyst - Business Banking (6-months Fixed Term Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced Pricing and Balance Sheet Analyst to join our Business Banking team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute pricing strategies that drive growth, optimise risk-reward trade-offs, and accelerate acquisition in key segments to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in pricing strategy, advanced analysis, and financial modelling to help shape smarter, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to meet growth and P&L targets
• Optimise customer value through churn reduction and tenure extension
• Forecast revenue and portfolio growth to support strategic planning
• Enhance pricing models and collaborate across Data, Finance, and Treasury
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in a numerical field (e.g. Finance, Stats, Actuarial)
• 5+ years in Financial Services with strong analytical and modelling skills
• Advanced Excel and data visualisation expertise
• Deep understanding of banking products and customer value drivers
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
