The Daily Banking Tribe drives the strategy and performance of ING’s core banking products. We work across the business to deliver smart, customer-focused solutions that make banking simpler, faster, and better.

As a Product Owner in our Daily Banking Tribe, you’ll play a key role in delivering digital banking experiences that matter. You’ll lead a delivery squad focused on customer growth, innovation, and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead an Agile delivery squad to build and enhance Daily Banking products.
  • Prioritise and manage the squad backlog to meet customer and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery process from solution design to customer release.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to optimise journeys and product value.
  • Support BAU activities including incident resolution and risk remediation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in agile product delivery, digital acquisition, or product management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Proven track record in driving customer growth and improving experiences.
  • Comfortable working independently and within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
  • Passionate about delivering positive customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
