Delivers and guides creative and high-profile events and sponsorship programs that are the best brand fit, effective, most innovative and impactful to support the shaping and evolution of ING’s brand. Applies knowledge and understanding of the impact of high-profile events and strategic sponsoring on the business to deliver success for ING.

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our team in organizing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings and client-facing experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that align with the Bank’s top priorities.

As an intern, you will:

Assist in the planning and execution of diverse events (corporate, client, internal)
Support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management
Help with communication materials and internal briefings
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Ensure smooth follow-up and reporting after events
