Your Tasks

• From day one, you will be the cornerstone that our SEF Frankfurt team and other SEF hubs worldwide can rely on.
• As such, you support your leads and colleagues in initiating and executing SEF transactions, examine greenlight applications diligently and create comprehensive presentations and financing offers / (indicative) term sheets.
• You competently execute financing processes, prepare as well as complete credit applications (including due diligence) and ensure their structuring and coverage via export credit agencies (esp. the Spanish ECA, CESCE), private risk insurers or multilaterals.
• Throughout this, you carefully review credit documentation and ECA applications (with a focus on bilateral transactions) as well as monitor credit risks (including contractual arrangements and collateral).
• To ensure everything is in place, you monitor transactions throughout all phases of their loan life, such as the occurrence of conditions precedent, payouts, etc.
• Because teamwork is as important to you as it is for us, you support the training of junior staff on the job and contribute to the team’s professional development by sharing your knowledge of products and markets.

Your Profile

• Degree with a focus on analysis
• Initial professional experience in structured (export) finance
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a keen understanding of customers' needs and priorities
• The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, ideally proficient in Spanish
