Principle Agentic AI Engineer

As anAI Engineer, youare passionate about working withmodern software engineering practices, Agentic AI, and GenAIand ready todrive the development and scaling of distributed agentic AI solutions, from concept to production. In this newly set-up team, you will work closely with data scientists and product owners, to buildmulti‑agentframeworksand to orchestrate interactions between agents. Your work will ensure robust, scalable AI capabilities that are integrated within the bank to deliverreal businessimpact.

About the Team

You will join a growing, cross-functional analytics and engineering environment where collaboration, learning, and technical excellence are core. The team works closely with data scientists, product owners, and business partners to deliver AI-driven solutions that are embedded into critical banking processes.As a Principal Engineer, you will actively mentor and guide engineers within the team, helping raise engineering standards and best practices. You will work closely with Product Owners inproduct‑relateddiscussions, contributing to solution design, planning, and prioritization to ensure technical decisions support business outcomes andlong‑termsustainability.

You bringprincipal‑levelengineering seniority and feel comfortable operating across technology, product, and business domains. You combine strong technical depth with leadership and communication skills. You recognize yourself in the following:

• Strongverbal and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics

• Strong experience withcloudplatforms,preferablyGCP, orvery strongexperience on another major cloud provider

• Experience designing systems usingcloud‑basedmanaged services

• Practical knowledge ofmicroservices architectures,REST /gRPCAPIs, andasync programming models

• Experience withInfrastructure‑as‑Code(e.g.Terraform)

• Familiarity withDocker,CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices

• Hands‑onexperience withagentic AI frameworks(ADK,LangChain,LangGraph,CrewAI) andmulti‑agentworkflows(strong plus)

• Strong engineering discipline around version control, testing, documentation, and code reviews

• Comfortable working closely withdata scientists, data analysts, product owners, and SMEsin newlyset‑upor evolving teams

• Able to bridge business intent and engineering execution to deliver scalable,production‑readyAI solutions
