Junior Consultant - Workplace Architecture / Real Estate Project Management

The expected salary for this position: 6 100 - 9 000 PLN

Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement and Corporate Real Estate? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement Team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

We are looking for you if you:

• Have a Bachelor or Masters degree in architecture, interior design, building engineering, real estate, or equivalent

• Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Project Management or Architecture

• Have a proactive mindset, work, independently and feel comfortable in international environments

• Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity

• Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks

• Have very good English skills (spoken and written)

• Have very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
  

You'll get extra points for:

• Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate, workplace strategy and office design 
  

Your responsibilities:

Workplace strategy:  

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our workplace strategy concept by integrating global trends, employee feedback, and data insights

• Translate global guidelines into localized fit-out solutions for office buildings and Private Banking branches, balancing innovation with local culture, regulations, and hybrid work needs
• Support the development of modern, flexible work environments that enhance employee experience
  

Project Management: 

• Develop and maintain smart project tools: templates, tracking dashboards, and governance frameworks that streamline delivery and boost transparency

• Drive project success by assembling cross-functional teams, supporting design reviews, monitoring timelines and budgets, and embedding sustainability into every step—from design to procurement
• Coordinate with vendors, designers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  

Space Management: 

• Act as the key liaison with our global space management service provider

• Ensure our space data is accurate and up to date by overseeing floor plan uploads and validating spatial information, empowering smarter decisions across the organization
• Support workplace utilization studies and space optimization initiatives
