We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our SIA squad – Sistemas de Identificación y Validación Team of Human Connection Tribe

The responsibility of this team is to provide innovative and secure validation methods in our channels and improve the digitalization of our processes (e.g.:pin recovery)  while delivering the best customer experience and our way of working is in agile methodologies stimulating cross-border interaction and alignment between people, Tribes, Squads, Chapters.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Customer Journey Expert - SIA Squad you will:

Design the customer journey of the processes to wow the customers and overcome the challenges to make them happen

Define features into detailed User Stories

Work closely with engineering and other internal teams for on-time delivery of relevant features

Put yourself in customers' shoes, assess the wishes and needs of customers ( internal and external) and anticipate this, and focus continuously on improving the journeys we are offering

Implement, together with the PO, the strategy to provide innovative and secure validation methods in our channels and improve digitalization in our processes (e.g.:pin recovery)  and customer satisfaction.

Ensure our products and services comply with regulation and policies

Tus principales responsabilidades:

ComoCustomer Journey Expert, tus responsabilidades serán:

• Diseñar el recorrido del cliente en los procesos para sorprender a los clientes y superar los desafíos para hacerlos realidad.
• Definir características en User Stories detalladas.
• Trabajar estrechamente con ingeniería y otros equipos internos para la entrega puntual de características relevantes.
• Ponerte en los zapatos de los clientes, evaluar sus deseos y necesidades (internos y externos) y anticiparte a ellos, enfocándote continuamente en mejorar los recorridos que ofrecemos.
• Implementar, junto con el PO, la estrategia para proporcionar métodos de validación innovadores y seguros en nuestros canales y mejorar la digitalización en nuestros procesos (por ejemplo: recuperación de PIN) y la satisfacción del cliente.
• Asegurar que nuestros productos y servicios cumplan con las regulaciones y políticas.
