Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to join our Program Master Team of Transformation Office

The responsibility of this team is to orchestrate the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Tribes, Functions, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable impact across the organization.
  • Ensure full project compliance and proactively resolve issues to maintain stakeholder confidence in delivery timelines, budget, and quality.
  • Manage the deployment of resources, monitor project costs and capacity and present variances with clear narratives at key review points.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating when necessary and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to foster strong relationships and ensure all voices are heard and considered.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that support decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Champion continuous improvement in program management practices, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as needed.

Experience & Skills:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in program/project management (background in banking or strategy consulting is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with strategic relevance.
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Buscamos una persona con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse al equipo Program Master del Transformation Office.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es coordinar la entrega de iniciativas de cambio complejas (que abarcan Tribes, Funciones, Fronteras y/o Líneas de Negocio) para impulsar una transformación significativa en la organización.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Senior Program Manager, tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Liderar la ejecución de programas estratégicos, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del negocio y generando un impacto medible en toda la organización.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento total del proyecto y resolver proactivamente cualquier incidencia para mantener la confianza de las personas implicadas en los plazos, el presupuesto y la calidad.
  • Gestionar la asignación de recursos, supervisar costes y capacidades del proyecto, y presentar desviaciones con narrativas claras en los puntos clave de revisión.
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos, incidencias, dependencias y limitaciones, escalando cuando sea necesario e implementando estrategias efectivas de mitigación.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de relación con personas interesadas, fomentando vínculos sólidos y asegurando que todas las voces sean escuchadas y consideradas.
  • Actuar como persona aliada estratégica del liderazgo senior, aportando ideas y recomendaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones y la planificación a largo plazo.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua en las prácticas de gestión de programas, utilizando metodologías Agile, Waterfall o híbridas según se requiera.

Experiencia y habilidades:

  • Título universitario (Grado o Máster) y al menos 3 años de experiencia en gestión de programas/proyectos (se valorará experiencia en banca o consultoría estratégica).
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar programas complejos y transversales con relevancia estratégica.
  • Sólidas habilidades de planificación y organización de proyectos.
  • Mentalidad analítica y resolutiva.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos ambiguos y aportar claridad.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración para interactuar con equipos diversos.
  • Dominio del inglés (oral y escrito).
